1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through the Tahoe Food Hub website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders placed through the Tahoe Food Hub platform may not be edited or canceled after the market closes. Once the market is closed, our local farmers will have started harvesting, and modifications are not possible.

3. Refunds/Fees

Refunds will not be issued due to unforeseen circumstances such as snow, storms, or smoke, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. We strive to provide quality products, and any issues arising from our end will be addressed promptly. All online orders are subject to a 5% service fee to cover cost of employee labor building custom orders, and supplies for packing orders. There is no fee associated with our Farmacy Shop.

4. Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up, it will be donated to our Giving Box program. Participants will receive a donor receipt for their contribution.

Terms & Conditions for Drops in Kings Beach, Sierraville, Tahoe City, Incline Village, and Reno

1. Assumption of Risk

All participants assume the risk associated with having their orders delivered to unofficial Tahoe Food Hub drop sites. While we strive to ensure a secure delivery process, participants acknowledge the inherent risks.

2. Notification of Ready Orders

Once Tahoe Food Hub has dropped off the order, participants will be notified that their order is ready for pick-up.

3. Responsibility for Stolen or Damaged Products

Tahoe Food Hub is not responsible for any stolen or damaged products once they have been delivered to the drop site. However, any errors or shortages in the packing process on our end will be promptly addressed, and refunds will be provided.

4. Safe Pick-Up Option

Participants are encouraged to choose the free, safe, and secure pick-up option at our warehouse in Truckee for a reliable and convenient experience.

By placing an order with Tahoe Food Hub, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We appreciate your support and understanding as we work to connect you with fresh, local produce from our community farmers.
